Job Description

As an IT business systems analyst senior or lead in Personal Lines IT, you’ll play a key role in Product Delivery (Special Lines). You’ll support enhancement development and the roll out of model upgrades for Progressive’s Rate Revisions that utilize cross-platform customer needs in our Policy Servicing, Claims, Snapshot, and Quoting departments. You’ll be a part of one of our delivery teams as they develop new business enhancements and technical upgrades for our applications. You'll develop detailed requirements along with reviewing and approving these requirements as they are developed and tested.

Qualifications

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and two years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities.
  • Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and the completion of a technical training program, and two years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities, or four years related work experience in requirements gathering activities.

Preferred skills

  • Experience eliciting requirements and using the Gherkin (Given - When-Then) format for documentation of user acceptance criteria 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, practices, and associated skills
  • Experience writing technical requirements 

Compensation

  • $54,800 - $88,400/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% - 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
