Job Description

What is this job about?
ASG Platform is looking for Junior Software Developers to join our software development team. In this role, you collaborate with other developers and engineers to design communication-related computer applications and programs. Part of these responsibilities include writing and debugging code, so we are looking for applicants familiar with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other common programming languages. You should also be comfortable using .Net, AngularJS, and other common frameworks to develop software for various platforms.

The main functions are as follows:
- Build applications for various platforms using common frameworks, including .Net
- Write and debug code
- Troubleshoot software issues
- Provide on-call support as necessary

Job Location and Compensation
- This job is a remote position. You can work anywhere in the Philippines.
- Your working shift will be 7 AM - 5 PM CST in the USA with a one-hour break. (8 PM - 6 AM Philippine time)
-Applicants can expect a salary of PHP 20,000 - PHP 27,000 per month

Qualifications

What do you need to qualify?
- Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in writing code in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C# (writing code for personal project is ok)
- Experience using SQL to update and retrieve data
- Experience in front-end or back-end software development for UNIX or LINUX
- Experience with React is a plus
- Experience with database management and security a big plus
- Team player is a must, as team collaboration is necessary for all of our positions. 
- Requires great internet with a backup source in case your primary internet source is interrupted for any reason.
