Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for all mortgage loan origination duties for their clients. 

The position is a commission only job with the highest payouts in the industry.

Leads are self-sourced but Obsidian Financial doesn't mind granting approval for any online lead companies that are available.

All files that are submitted to processing must be complete and stacked correctly to ensure they get off the warehouse line in a quick and efficient manner.

Marketing will create any flyer, door hangar, email flyer, or any other marketing template that you would like to use to advertise with, as long as it is compliant it will be approved.

Educate your borrower, ensure that they have all the facts and all the options presented to them in a neat and timely fashion so that their decision making process has the least amount of anxiety possible.

Candidate may need to help with the collection of documents both before closing and post closing to ensure the entire flow of Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding go as smoothly as possible.

Candidates will be required to attend at least 3 training sessions before being granted access to our state-of-the-art L.O.S. - Lending Pad and our pricing engine - Optimal Blue

Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

NMLS license

MLO License

License must be state NMLS licenses and must be authorized to conduct business (Or must be awaiting a company sponsorship to remove deficiencies)

Pass Criminal and state background check
