Job Description

Our company is looking for a Digital Comment Specialist to join our Digital & Marketing team. A Digital Comment Specialist will be responsible for creating and publishing content/comments on all community platforms, including Twitter, and Instagram, to build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales. 

The Digital Comment Specialist may also oversee site metrics, interact with readers or employees, and be responsible for creative design. Must be able to support a multiplicity of teams and programs within the organization as vital part of your position. In addition, the perfect candidate will be an above average communicator with a unique and sharp attention to detail. Social Media Marketing experience is a bonus. Your essential function will be to ensure clear and concise communication between departments as well as across a variety of media. 

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of communication strategies
  • Management of online presence such as social media, and maintenance of web content.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Develop content for complex, efficient websites quickly.
  • Day-to-day monitoring and engagement in digital conversations across internal and external channels
  • Respond to followers in a timely manner and ultimately drive a positive recovery/sentiment within the community
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback, online reviews, and comments
  • Continue analyze and efforts and messaging specifics to drive robust community dialogue
  • Keep up with current internet/social trends, apps and technology
  • Performs other duties as required.

 

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing and/or related field.
  • 1 year experience in digital communication/social media content creation.
  • Able to handle deadline-driven pressure
  • Flexible while being a strong motivator of people and outcomes
  • Able to work within the frameworks of the various interdepartmental business processes while remaining highly creative
  • Great communication skills, both in writing and verbal communication

Salary: $16 per hour
