Job description

About CoEnterprise

CoEnterprise is an award-winning B2B software and professional services company founded in 2010. A leader in supply chain and business analytics, CoEnterprise delivers innovative solutions that help organizations connect data, gain visibility, and make faster, smarter decisions. Its industry-leading AI-enabled supply chain platform, Syncrofy, provides actionable, data-driven insights without requiring advanced technical expertise. Fueled by a commitment to people and long-term partnerships, CoEnterprise has supported more than 850 customers across 6,000+ projects.

CoEnterprise is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver complex enterprise technology initiatives for external customers across our Integration, Managed Services, Analytics, and/or Syncrofy practices. This role requires an accomplished project leader with extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations in the areas of B2B integrations, EDI, managed file transfer, cloud analytics, and/or AI.

The ideal candidate has successfully delivered multiple enterprise projects or programs for Fortune 500 organizations, understands modern integration architectures, can effectively manage executive stakeholders, and possesses the technical depth necessary to lead highly skilled technical teams to successful outcomes for customers.

This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who can bridge business and technology, proactively identify risks, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, manage customer resources assigned to the project and drive successful outcomes across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements with external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver enterprise implementation projects simultaneously across Integration, Analytics, Managed Services, or Syncrofy business units.
  • Own project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, issue management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer executives, business stakeholders, and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, steering committee meetings, executive status reviews, and customer governance sessions.
  • Draft and format core project deliverables, including comprehensive project plans, status reports, project charters, and meeting minutes.
  • Create and maintain visual project documentation, such as Gantt charts and process workflows, to track milestones and dependencies.
  • Organize and control document versions, ensuring the latest updates are securely stored and accessible in the team's central repository.
  • Compile and archive project closure documentation, capturing key lessons learned and final deliverables for future reference.
  • Manage and resolve complex, high-priority project escalations by analyzing root causes, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing swift mitigation strategies to keep project timelines and deliverables on track.
  • Monitor project risks proactively to identify potential bottlenecks and trigger early intervention protocols before critical impacts occur.
  • Evaluate incoming operational, technical, or resource escalations based on severity, urgency, and downstream impact on milestones.
  • Convene cross-functional teams, executives, and external vendors to orchestrate rapid, collaborative problem-solving sessions.
  • Draft and deliver transparent updates regarding incident status, root-cause analyses, and action plans to key leaders and affected clients.
  • Authorize and deploy immediate workarounds or long-term structural changes to minimize downtime and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Record all escalation lifecycles in tracking logs to build a knowledge base and improve future standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage and lead internal and customer delivery teams consisting of technical and non-technical resources.
  • Manage project scope while ensuring successful delivery against contractual commitments, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
  • Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies before they impact project success.
  • Coordinate multiple third-party vendors and customer technical resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement across project management processes, documentation, governance, and delivery methodologies.
  • Track project financials including budget, utilization, project profitability, change requests, and forecasting.

Success Profile

The successful candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced consulting environments, anticipates delivery risks before they become issues, builds strong customer relationships, and consistently delivers complex enterprise projects on time and within budget. They are equally comfortable discussing executive business objectives with CIOs as they are collaborating with architects on proposed technical solutions.

Required Experience and qualifications:

  • 15+ years of enterprise Project or Program Management experience in a professional services, consulting, or client-facing enterprise environment.
  • PMP Certification required
  • Extensive experience authoring, maintaining, and governing the complete lifecycle of formal project management artifacts, ensuring seamless transitions from project initiation to operational handover.
  • Advanced proficiency in maintaining dynamic project governance artifacts, including multi-variable Risk Registers, RAID logs, Change Management Logs, and critical path Gantt charts.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise implementations for external customers exceeding $1M in project value.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working directly with Fortune 500 customers.
  • Strong background in managing vendor contracts, third-party risk, budget forecasting, and commercial profitability (P&L accountability).
  • Demonstrated success managing globally distributed delivery teams.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, diplomatic negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain composure under intense client scrutiny.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate effectively with architects, developers, and executive leadership.
  • Basic understanding of modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML lifecycles (MLOps), and integration architectures
  • Bachelor’s degree required
