Job Description

  • As an ePAM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing and supporting our Exchange Portfolio Accounting and Management (ePAM) solution for our clients.
  • Your role will involve understanding client requirements, configuring the ePAM platform, conducting system testing, and providing ongoing support and training.
  • You will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze client requirements related to portfolio accounting and management.
  • Configure and customize the ePAM solution based on client needs.
  • Conduct system testing and ensure all functionalities meet quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to clients on ePAM functionality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance.
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and documentation as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in portfolio accounting and management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) as a functional consultant or business analyst in portfolio accounting or asset management.
  • In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting processes and practices.
  • Experience with ePAM or similar portfolio accounting systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Certification in portfolio accounting systems or related fields is a plus.
