Built on the world's largest library of bank connectivity and a unified data foundation, Trovata gives corporate finance and treasury teams complete visibility, intelligent forecasting, and seamless money movement — all in one platform. From cash management to full-scale TMS, Trovata replaces legacy systems and disconnected workflows with AI-powered automation, agentic execution, and clean, audit-ready data. Backed by and partnered with the world's leading financial institutions, Trovata also powers the banks themselves — giving corporate clients multi-bank cash visibility and intelligence directly through their bank's own portal. It's next-generation treasury infrastructure, delivered at enterprise scale. Trovata is also bringing stablecoins directly into treasury workflows as a secure, governed, and fully integrated form of operating cash. With native interoperability across banking rails and stablecoin infrastructure, static cash becomes intelligent liquidity. Manual work becomes agentic. Siloed data becomes connected end-to-end. This is the infrastructure corporate treasury and finance is being rebuilt on.

Job description

Company Overview

Trovata has pioneered direct data (API) integrations with the largest financial institutions to create the world’s first network unlocking corporate (wholesale) banking data for digital transformation in finance and treasury. In addition, it’s built a modern tech stack to transform a company’s multibank data with a high performance system and modern user experience to better cash visibility, cash flow analysis, cash forecasting, and money movement.

The company was founded by a serial enterprise startup CFO with a vision to automate cash workflows for insights, efficiency, and risk management to transform finance and treasury operations and disrupt 30 years of status quo. Trovata has 200 mid-market and enterprise customers, including companies like Block, DraftKings, Bosch, & Krispy Kreme, and investor backing from a syndicate of banks, including J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo, and Capital One, we’re just getting started.

About the role

Trovata is seeking an experienced Lead Delivery Manager to join our growing team as a core member of our Bank Pro delivery function. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for planning, sequencing, and delivering partner implementations and enhancements, keeping internal teams and bank partners aligned and accountable. The Lead Project Manager partners closely with leaders across engineering, product, implementation, and bank partnerships. Success in this role demands exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and keep diverse teams, internal and external, working in lockstep.

  • Coordinate across teams and partners: Coordinate engineers, product managers, implementation specialists, and bank partner stakeholders toward shared milestones, removing blockers and maintaining momentum across concurrent Bank Pro workstreams.
  • Manage bank partner relationships: Act as a trusted partner to bank stakeholders, understanding their requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring delivery teams stay aligned to shared go-live goals.
  • Establish program rigor: Build and operate the project management practices, tooling, and reporting cadences Bank Pro needs as it scales, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, RAID logs, and clear decision-making frameworks.
  • Communicate status and risk: Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates on program health, milestones, dependencies, and risks to Trovata leadership, escalating issues early and proposing paths to resolution.
