Job Description

The Law and Motion Attorney will have a strong background in drafting pleadings and motions, with a deep understanding of civil litigation. This position requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills to effectively draft a wide range of litigation documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research to support the drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Draft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions and dispositive motions
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategies
  • Take complete ownership for assigned workload
  • Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
