Job description

ABOUT US

We are a growing B2B iGaming company providing an iframe Sportsbook solution for traditional sports and esports. Our international team supports partners worldwide and continues to expand as our platform and operations grow.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Risk Analyst to join our Risk team. You'll independently monitor betting activity, review player behaviour, investigate suspicious betting patterns, and make day-to-day risk decisions. As you grow, there's room to take on complex incidents and help shape how the risk desk operates. You'll work closely with Trading, Product, and Development teams while communicating daily with B2B operators and sportsbook providers. You'll report directly to the Risk Team Lead.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role you'll do the following independently, within established risk policy:

  • Monitor betting activity across live and pre-match events.

  • Perform player profiling to identify advantage play and unusual betting behaviour, and apply account limitations when required.

  • Review player activity and investigate suspicious betting patterns and operational incidents.

  • Track risk exposure and support day-to-day risk management decisions.

  • Review bets, settlements, and match-related issues.

  • Act as the first line of communication for B2B operators, and liaise with sportsbook and data providers.

  • Collaborate with Trading, Product, and Development teams.

  • Prepare reports and ad-hoc analysis.

  • Work with internal trading platforms, risk management tools, reporting dashboards, provider panels, and internal communication tools.

  • Contribute ideas and improvements to existing processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Able to run risk on live and pre-match events on your own - owning day-to-day decisions, with the depth to take on high-impact incidents and help shape how the desk operates.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership during your shift.

  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Genuine interest in sports, esports, and the betting industry.

  • Understanding of sportsbook and betting operations.

  • Confident player profiling and risk assessment.

  • Ability to independently investigate incidents and make operational decisions.

  • Experience in sports, esports, betting, Risk, Trading, Fraud, or a similar operational role.

  • Good communication skills and confidence working with international B2B partners.

  • English (B2) - daily communication with colleagues, operators, and providers.

  • Willingness to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

  • Reliable internet connection.

  • Home office setup with a PC or laptop and at least two monitors.

  • Experience mentoring teammates or improving risk processes is a strong plus.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working with B2B clients and sportsbook providers.

  • Strong understanding of sportsbook workflows and betting markets.

  • Experience using AI tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or another related field.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Fully remote within a globally distributed team.

  • The opportunity to influence processes and help shape a growing Risk team.

  • Fast decision-making with minimal bureaucracy.

  • Career growth opportunities within the Risk team and the company.

  • Work with leading sportsbook providers and international B2B partners.

  • Equipment compensation after successfully completing the 3-month probation period.

  • Performance-based bonuses.
