Job description

We are B2Spin, and we are dedicated to delivering the best Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences by creating captivating, engaging, and unique products that are accessible to everyone. We have built a team of talented professionals from all over the globe, who are working to continually improve the experiences of our players. We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionize it.

The Role

We run the creative function for retention at a multi-brand iGaming company. That means high-volume, high-frequency output — emails, push notifications, in-app messages, onsite banners — produced for segmented player audiences across multiple brands, all at the same time. This is a marketing creative leadership role, not a product or UX design role. You will lead a team of Digital Designers producing retention marketing assets across four brands and multiple CRM channels — not app or product interfaces.

The Design Team Lead owns the quality and consistency of that output. Not by reviewing everything personally, but by building the systems, standards, and team capability that make good work the default. This is as much an ops-and-systems role as it is a creative leadership role. If you're energized by turning "we eyeball it every time" into "we have a standard for that," this is the job.

What You Will Own

Brand systems that actually get used

Our brands are fragmented today. You'll build the documented visual systems — templates, component libraries, per-brand rules, practical "do this, not that" guidance — that designers reach for rather than work around. When the system is good, consistency stops being something we police and becomes the default.

Repeatable production at scale

Multiple designers producing work across four brands and CRM channels need modular templates, clear briefing standards, and clean versioning. You'll build and maintain those foundations. Just as importantly, you'll convert the feedback you keep repeating into checklists and onboarding material — so nobody gives the same note twice.

AI that produces on-brand results, not surprises

We already use AI heavily; the results aren't predictable enough. You'll put structure around it: per-brand prompt libraries, locked reference styles, clear review checkpoints, and training on how to take a raw AI output and finish it to a genuinely on-brand standard.

Quality that can be measured

You'll define what "on-brand and high quality" means for each brand, track simple signals like first-pass approval rate and rework volume, and catch delivery or quality risks before they hit send dates. You'll also keep improving how the team works — processes, tools, handovers — without waiting to be asked.

A team that feels clear and supported

Regular 1:1s, honest consistent feedback, and being the person designers come to when they're stuck. You'll monitor workload alongside the Traffic Manager, contribute to hiring, and make sure new designers land well and ramp fast.

What Success Looks Like

  • Our brands feel like systems, and the work looks consistent wherever it shows up.

  • Designers work to shared standards, so the same feedback isn't going round in circles.

  • Work ships with reliable quality and far less rework.

  • AI is a dependable part of how we create, not a gamble.

  • The team feels supported, knows what good looks like, and trusts their own judgement.

What We’re Looking For

  • A direct, easy communicator who does well in a fast-moving, remote team.

  • 5+ years of professional digital design experience, with a strong portfolio of digital work.

  • A track record of building systems, such as templates, brand guidelines, component libraries, or repeatable processes, not just strong one-off work.

  • Experience mentoring or supporting other designers; leadership is a big plus, not a must.

  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to give feedback that is clear, kind, and useful.

  • Hands-on experience taming AI creative tools, or a strong point of view on how you would.

Why you will love it

You'll thrive in our high-pace, high-growth environment where your curiosity directly shapes million-dollar decisions. Every insight you uncover translates into real business impact, while you build and lead a team that thinks strategically about the brands they own. You'll have the freedom to innovate your approach to analysis while working at the cutting edge of gaming analytics and machine learning.

Equal Opportunities Statement
We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking.
Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.
