About project

At Radiotech, we believe music belongs to everyone — not just those who grew up taking lessons. As a product company inside the Gismart ecosystem, we’ve spent years building apps that make music feel approachable, fun, and deeply human. With 23 apps across iOS and Android and over 500 million downloads worldwide, our products have found their way into the hands of musicians, beginners, and curious souls across the globe. We see music as a universal language. Our job is to make sure more people can speak it.

The Creative Production Lead owns the strategic growth of the creative production function, translating company-level goals into team execution while building the people, processes, and cross-functional relationships needed to scale creative output. This role is a defined growth track toward Head of Creative Production, with scope expanding as the team and its impact on business metrics grow.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Performance

  • Decompose company OKRs into actionable creative team goals and KPIs

  • Track OKR completion, creative output volume, and performance against targets

  • Report on team performance and creative impact to leadership

2. People Management

  • Full ownership of team management: hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews

  • Design and run career development paths, including promotion criteria

  • Build a team education program (skills growth, internal training, external learning)

  • Manage team capacity planning and workload distribution

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Product, PMM, and UA teams

  • Align creative priorities with product roadmaps and UA testing needs

  • Represent creative production in cross-functional planning cycles

4. Process & Automation

  • Identify and drive automation opportunities across the creative production pipeline (briefing, asset delivery, QA, reporting)

  • Own tooling decisions and process documentation

  • Continuously reduce time-to-launch for creative assets

5. Team Culture & Knowledge Sharing

  • Establish and run team rituals (standups, retros, creative reviews)

  • Drive in-house knowledge sharing (playbooks, best-practice libraries, post-mortems)

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

Experience:

  • 4+ years in creative production, creative strategy, or performance creative roles, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or management capacity

  • Proven track record producing creative for performance marketing channels (Meta, AppLovin, TikTok, or similar)

  • Experience with mobile app or gaming creative production is a strong plus; familiarity with playable ads (e.g. Cocos Creator or similar engines) is a bonus

  • Experience managing creative production budgets and resourcing (in-house team, freelancers, or agencies)

Mindset:

  • Systems thinker — genuinely energized by building process and automation, not just managing output

  • Growth-oriented, with clear interest in scaling into a Head of Creative Production role

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iteration-heavy environment (multiple products, frequent creative testing cycles)

Employee Benefits:

  • Remote-First Culture: Our team is diverse and extensive, just like our product portfolio. We provide a flexible working schedule and let you work anywhere in the world, either remotely or in one of our corporate hubs

  • Сoworking Compensation: We provide 100% compensation for coworking spaces in Ukraine (except Kyiv, where we have a cozy and autonomous hub) and 50% compensation for coworking spaces worldwide to make sure that everyone has a comfortable and inspiring workspace

  • Free Office Lunches: We want you to stay fueled and focused, so we provide delicious free lunches for everyone working from our hubs. It’s one less thing for you to worry about during a productive workday

  • Public Holidays Policy: Gismart observes public holidays based on the Ukrainian or Polish holiday calendars. Employees working in other locations are entitled to 12 public holidays per year

  • 100% Sick Leave Compensation

  • Mental and Physical Health: To help you stay happy and healthy, Gismart will partially cover your medical insurance, sports activities, therapy costs

  • Personal Equipment Policy: Of course, we’ll provide you with all the equipment you need or cover the maintenance cost for your own tools

  • Time-Off Policy: Every employee gets 18 working days of paid vacation and 3 personal days per year, with an extra day added for each year at Gismart

  • Corporate Events: We are remote-first, but we love meeting up in person. Whenever possible, we organize corporate events and team-building activities across all Gismart hubs
