What you will do:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will provide applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.
- Complete additional paperwork requirement in an accurate and timely manner as notified by administration. These requirements include, but are not limited to, Discharge Summaries.
- Collaborate with administration and other disciplines involved in the child’s care to promote consistent and quality services for children and families.
- Evaluate children using appropriate testing protocols and tools to follow funding guidelines for each child.
- Implement individualized and evidenced based interventions for ABA clients.
- Provide therapy services to children based on the recommended number of units from evaluations and funding source approvals.
- Provide therapy services in highly specialized facilities with an emphasis on goal attainment through appropriate developmental progression of functional skill attainment and real-life experiences.
- Provide documentation of all therapy services by locking and electronically signing weekly progress notes including reviewing and signing off on all RBT treatment notes.
- Approve weekly electronic efficiency report to reflect accurate billing in previous week.
- Conduct parent training sessions and communicate changes/updates to families.
- Supervise and mentor BT, RBT and/or ABA Fieldwork Students.
- Participate in annual performance reviews for professional development and growth.
- Participates in one-on-one meetings with leader.
- Provides feedback to leadership regarding ways to enhance continued improvement of the ABA program and any needs or concerns.
- Responds positively to feedback concerning job
- Participates in Multidisciplinary conferences as needed.
- Demonstrates continued growth in therapeutic skills through learning, knowledge, and application.

What you have:
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
- Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
- Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.
- Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of the organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
- Active status as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®).
