Job description

Position Overview 
The Director of Marketing will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our national brand presence and support local initiatives. This individual will lead efforts to strengthen our social media presence, plan and execute local marketing campaigns, organize events, and establish strategic community partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, event planning, community outreach, and partnership development, preferably within healthcare or related industries. 

Key Responsibilities 

Social Media and Digital Marketing 

  • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to build brand awareness, engage target audiences and generate qualified leads. 
  • Manage social media accounts, creating compelling content tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter). 
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI. 
  • Oversee website content and SEO strategies to drive traffic and enhance user experience. 
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.

Local Marketing Initiatives 

  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase clinic visibility in new and existing markets. 
  • Organize and promote events such as open houses, community fairs, and informational sessions. 
  • Draft and distribute press releases to highlight company achievements, new clinic openings, and community impact stories. 
  • Collaborate with clinic leaders to customize local marketing efforts that resonate with their communities.  

Community Outreach and Partnerships 

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance community engagement and referral networks. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diagnostic clinics, pediatricians, schools, and other referral sources. 
  • Identify community events, conferences and industry meetings in which participation would benefit Bloomwell and collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure attendance. 
  • Create and manage programs to educate stakeholders about ABA therapy and the company’s services.  

Team Leadership and Collaboration 

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. 
  • Work closely with the executive team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives with particular attention to both internal and external brand development. 
  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.  

Analytics and Reporting 

  • Monitor marketing performance across all channels and provide regular reports to the executive team. 
  • Use data to inform decision-making and refine strategies for continuous improvement. 
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven expertise in social media management and digital marketing strategies. 
  • Experience planning and executing local marketing campaigns and community events. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including press release writing. 
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields. 
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy and the needs of families seeking diagnostic and therapeutic services. 
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics). 
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
