Appeals Support Specialist

  • Rate: $22/Hour
  • Temporary 6 month role
  • Training will be provided
  • 100% Remote

Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Prioritizes and reprioritizes workload while managing time effectively.
  • Accurately and confidentially records documents and other information using OnBase, the shared system and/or MAS.
  • Orders documentation from external stakeholders
  • Indexes documentation within OnBase
  • Creates and uploads case files in OnBase to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Communicates with management regarding process improvements or trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months’ work-related experience

Proficiencies:

  • Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
