This is a
1099 Independent Contractor opportunity, more like a second job or gig. This is not a W-2 "job" with a boss, it is a partnership for those looking to run their own home-based business and make an additional $12 to $17 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/chat/email
- Follow verified procedures, document interactions, and protect customer data
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve or escalate as needed
- Meet quality, reliability, and compliance standards
What You’ll Need
- You operate as an independent contractor (1099) in the U.S.
- Reliable computer (Windows), wired internet, USB headset, and quiet workspace
- Strong written/verbal English; bilingual (EN/ES) is required for some programs
- Professionalism, punctuality, problem-solving, and typing
- Ability to complete client certification(s), drug screening and a background screen if required
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: You select blocks within client hours; typical minimums apply per client.
- Compensation: $12.00–$17/hour equivalent (Some clients add incentives for quality/attendance)
- Paid twice monthly to your account.
- Transparent Pay Structure: We charge a flat $35.00 Administrative Fee per pay period. This is a "service bundle" that covers your Arise platform usage fees (up to $20), direct-deposit payroll processing, and 1-on-1 support.
Requirements:
Must pass a background check.
Must complete a skills assessment with a minimum score of 80% (users creating Arise account for the first time).
Technical requirements: High-speed internet, a dedicated computer/laptop, and a USB headset.
Availability
- Flexible: choose your weekly blocks within client program windows
- Some programs may request a minimum weekly commitment
Who can apply (strict)
- You currently live in the United States, speak English fluently and are 18+.
- You are eligible to work for any employer and as a 1099 independent contractor in your state.
- You have a home office: Windows PC, wired internet, USB headset, quiet space.
