Edison Elm is seeking a Manager, Strategic Projects to work directly with the CEO across a range of evolving business initiatives. This is a trusted, execution-focused role that spans software project coordination, vendor and supplier liaison, and internal process design, with the flexibility to grow into broader responsibilities as the company scales.
You’ll play a key role in driving initiatives forward — from launching digital platforms like CableIQ™ and EasyStock™, to assisting in the development of new operational capabilities including manufacturing of EdisonSelect™ Signature Brands and corporate process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, adapts quickly, and turns ideas into execution.
3–7 years experience in project coordination, product operations, or strategic execution roles
Strong communicator able to bridge between business and technical stakeholders
Comfortable with autonomy and evolving scope
Organized and process-oriented with a hands-on mindset
Experience working with software vendors, logistics teams, or manufacturing projects is a plus
This role is designed to grow alongside Edison Elm. Over time, the Manager, Strategic Projects will have the opportunity to expand into broader leadership responsibilities, including support on software commercialization, factory operations, and company-wide process development.
