What will you do?


You'll be the one helping newly engaged couples find their perfect resort, wedding package, and venue, that fits their budget and style. (the resort will handle the planning).

You’ll be there right from the beginning, providing a service that ensures they have the wedding of their dreams!

You and the team provide a service that ensures couples and their guests have the best destination wedding experience!


Here’s what your day-to-day would look like:

  • You’ll be the first point of contact, suggesting wedding resorts in a consultative, caring, and curated approach.
  • Answer client questions about itineraries, rates, and reservations in a polite, professional, timely, and friendly manner.
  • Retain clients through follow-up emails, impeccable attention to detail, and providing unmatched customer service.
  • Take charge, resolve conflict, and satisfy your customers.
  • Use our CRM to manage your leads.
  • Perform necessary administrative tasks.



Requirements

  • Experience in consultative selling.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Are tech-savvy and can learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails.
  • Are detail-oriented and have a knack for staying organized.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to speak, write, and read fluent English and some conversational Spanish a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years in a Sales role.
