The role requires hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint governance, SaaS platform administration, system security, and IT support for distributed teams. Because KonnectHub operates in a remote-first work environment, the ideal candidate must be comfortable supporting remote employees, troubleshooting technical issues virtually, and maintaining strong documentation practices to ensure operational continuity.
The IT Operations Specialist will also contribute to automation initiatives, security improvements, and IT governance processes, helping the organization maintain high standards of data protection, operational reliability, and technology performance.
Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
