Talent Acquisition Specialist 
 

Location: Remote | Part-time | US Hours
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years) 


About the Role: 

 
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This remote role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in recruiting and talent sourcing who is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including client calibration, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, client endorsement, and onboarding. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. 
  • Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers. 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership. 



Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions. 
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruit, etc... 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Amenable to work during US hours to accommodate US Clients.
