Overview

We are seeking a highly capable AI Coding Assistant with experience using AI-powered development tools such as Codex or Claude. This role requires someone who can work independently, quickly understand project requirements, complete assigned coding tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned development tasks using Codex, Claude, or similar AI coding tools
  

• Work independently while following project requirements and coding standards
  

• Ask clarifying questions early to ensure a strong understanding of assigned work
  

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot code as needed
  

• Participate in periodic check-ins to provide progress updates
  

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-documented code
  

• Identify issues and recommend solutions during development
  

• Collaborate with the client to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Ideal Candidate

• Experience using Codex, Claude, or other AI-assisted coding tools
  

• Strong software development and problem-solving skills
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  

• Comfortable taking clear direction and executing tasks efficiently
  

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  

• Ability to ask the right questions and learn quickly
  

• Excellent communication skills
  

• Experience with version control (Git) is preferred
