Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly motivated and disciplined Associate Financial Planner to join our fast-growing, remote team. This is a part-time / full-time / flexible commission-based role with significant growth potential, ideal for someone who can work during evening hours and at their own pace. You will be a key part of our supportive and experienced team, helping clients achieve their financial goals.


Responsibilities: 

Financial Planning: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
Product Knowledge: Educate clients on various financial products and services, including life insurance.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Compliance and Licensing: Study for and obtain your life producer license in your state of residence within your first 30 days on the job. All necessary study materials will be provided.

Discipline: Commitment to preparing for and passing the life producer license exam.

Availability: Ability to work remotely during evening hours.
Technology: Comfortable using technology for remote work and communication.

Preferred:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, coaching, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with insurance, retirement, or investment concepts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree is a must! (Preferred in Finance), or any field.

Professional certifications are highly desirable.

Must be 18 years or older
 # GC or Sole U.S. Citizenship Required
