We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join a Data & Analytics team working on large-scale, cloud-based BI solutions. The role focuses on building interactive dashboards, developing advanced data models, and integrating AI-driven analytics to deliver trusted data products and support enterprise decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and optimise BI solutions using Power BI and Azure Data Platform
• Build interactive dashboards and advanced data models with usability and storytelling in mind
• Develop data ingestion and transformation processes (ETL/ELT) across cloud and hybrid environments
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security including role-level security and governance
• Translate business requirements into technical designs with clear business value
• Integrate AI-driven analytics and predictive models into BI dashboards where relevant
• Promote self-service BI and support business adoption of data solutions
Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in BI development with strong Power BI expertise
• Excellent SQL skills with ability to optimise queries
• Proficiency in DAX and advanced data modelling
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and dimensional modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• English at C1 level, confident presenting to both business and technical stakeholders
Nice to have
• Azure services: Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric
• Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or MS SSRS/SSAS
• Exposure to ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend)
• Understanding of AI/ML integration with BI
• Experience working in Agile environments
