We are looking for bold, adventurous & creative UI/UX full - time employees who can keep pace with emerging technology and novel design trends that will shape the next decade.
The ideal candidate has the requisite academic experience in software design principles and user experience methodology, but particularly has a portfolio with stand-out examples of interactive prototyping. Whether for web, mobile, video interfaces or other formats… we’re looking for someone who is passionate about presentation, polish and details.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
We in our design team have a love of design and collaborating cross-discipline in a fast-paced environment. With designers from various backgrounds and disciplines; we understand user needs to create holistic design solutions that are both appealing and functional.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet challenging deadlines.
Planning
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and other designers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Ask smart questions and champion new ideas!
Designing
- Define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
- Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts
- Construct beautiful, functional interface designs and present them in the form of high fidelity prototypes.
- Design user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
Testing
- Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
- Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE 1-3 Years
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
Some degree/diploma in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / UI & UX / Product Design / Interaction Design / Industrial Design. We will also need a link / PDF of a design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve customer needs in digital context.
SOFTWARES & APPLICATIONS
Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe XD, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Sketch, Figma, InVision, Framer, Avocode, Framer X, Origami Studio, Marvel, Zeplin, Principal, Just In Mind
Wix and/ or Webflow with knowledge of front-end development will be added advantage
QUALITIES & CAPABILITIES
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Passionate about all things UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
