Our technology helps customers respond faster, communicate effectively, and make confident decisions when it matters most.

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to build reliable, scalable, and automated platforms across customer and internal environments.

You’ll take ownership of platform standardization, deployment automation, and operational reliability, helping teams deploy critical applications efficiently and consistently. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to shape our platform roadmap and introduce new technologies and ways of working.

  • Standardize platforms across internal and customer environments.
  • Improve provisioning, upgrades, migrations, testing, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop scalable and portable solutions using virtualization and container technologies.
  • Support application and database migrations while maintaining platform stability.
  • Integrate automated testing into deployment workflows.
  • Partner with Technical Project Managers, System Engineers, and the Program Manager.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and share knowledge across the team.
  • Support critical customer deployments and participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rotation.
  • Depending on experience, help define platform architecture, mentor colleagues, and lead automation initiatives.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure automation.
  • Hands-on experience supporting production environments.
  • Advanced Linux knowledge and good Windows Server/IIS experience.
  • Strong Ansible expertise—this is essential.
  • Shell and/or PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or TFS.
  • Good knowledge of Git and version-control workflows.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, or Incus.
    • Understanding of containers, high-availability architectures, load balancing, and networking fundamentals.
    • Basic SQL knowledge, ideally with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
    • A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
    • Fluency in French & English

Why join us?
  • Work on mission-critical technology with a genuine real-world impact.
  • Help shape the future of our platform engineering capability.
  • Enjoy a flexible, remote-first working environment.
  • Collaborate on international projects with significant autonomy and ownership.
