日々の業務 

日本&ミクロネシアは成長が著しい地域の為、複数のホテルを担当いただく、ポートフォーリオレベニューマネージャーを募集いたします。IHG レベニューチームの一員として、契約ホテルを担当し、積極的かつ効果的なレベニューマネジメント、RevPar及びRGIを指標として競合ホテルよりも優れたパフォーマンス、ポートフォーリオホテルの予算目標達成が責務となります。主に客室売上に注力していただきますが、今後は宴会や料飲部門にも関わっていく予定です。 

応募資格 

最低5年間のホテル業界での職務経験があり、その内最低3年間のクラスター/ポートフォーリオレベニューマネージメントに携わった経験が望ましい。 

国際的に認められたホスピタリティーの学位の保持者、あるいはセールス＆マーケティングに関わった経験があり、CRS（Concerto, Trust, Marsha等, PMS(Opera)、レベニューマネージメントのシステム（Optims, Ideas, Rategain, Perform & Price Optimization）に精通している事。 

自主的に働きながら、ステークホルダーと良好な関係を保ち、会社の目標を達成し成功に導く能力。 

日本語の能力が必要です。 

Your day to day 

Due to growth and expansion in this region, we're looking for a Portfolio Revenue Manager to support a number of hotels in Japan. 

You'll be an integral member of the Revenue Management for Hire team, responsible for pro-actively and cost effectively maximizing subscriber hotel room revenues, RevPAR and system delivery to achieve superior performance in comparison to the competitive set as measured in RGI and as against budget growth targets across a portfolio of hotels within the Japan and Micronesia region. Your scope of work focuses on Room Accommodations, but may include conferencing and events and food and beverage outlets as we continue to evolve our services. 

You will be the key driver of revenue generation data analysis and recommend logical, tactical and strategic initiatives. You will also promote desired revenue management work culture around the five Winning Ways of Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better together. 

What we need from you 

To be successful in this role, you will have at least five years experience within the Hospitality Industry in addition to a minimum of 3 years experience in a Cluster/Portfolio Revenue Management Environment. 

You will currently hold an internationally recognized Degree in Hospitality or Sales & Marketing related field and have proven knowledge of Central Reservation Systems (Holidex Plus/Trust/Marsha), Property Management Systems (Opera) and Revenue Management Software Systems (Optims, Ideas, Rategain, Perform & Price Optimization). 

You will have a proven ability in exceeding company targets, managing key stakeholders and the ability to be successful whilst working autonomously. 

Japanese language proficiency is essential.
