Implementation Lead – Property & Casualty

Location: Remote (Travel as Needed)

The Opportunity

Join Alera Group's Transformation Office and lead the successful migration of our Property & Casualty offices to a standardized enterprise platform centered on Applied Epic. As the P&C Insurance Implementation Lead – Applied Epic, you'll own implementation waves from planning through go-live and stabilization, bringing together data migration, training, change, technology, and local office teams to keep each transition moving successfully.

 

We're looking for an implementation leader who understands the realities of P&C insurance operations and can turn a complex, multi-office transformation into a well-coordinated experience for the teams going through it.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation planning, execution, and post-go-live support for enterprise migration waves.
  • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.
  • Lead a cross-functional implementation pod, including Data Migration, Training, Hypercare, and local office Change Champions.
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful office readiness and adoption.
  • Identify and resolve implementation risks while providing regular updates to project leadership.
  • Oversee go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing operations.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve implementation processes, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Required

  • 5+ years leading enterprise system implementations, business transformation initiatives, or complex technology projects
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale implementations
  • Strong project management experience, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment

Preferred

  • Property & Casualty insurance industry experience
  • Experience leading Agency Management System implementations or enterprise platform migrations
  • Experience with Applied Epic or other Agency Management Systems (BenefitPoint, TAM, Zywave/BKB, Dynamics, Gen4, etc.)
  • Experience with data migration, system conversions, post-go-live stabilization, and organizational change management

Compensation

  • Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually
  • Bonus Eligibility: Yes
