Job Overview

As Programme Manager, Field Marketing — DACH, you will own the development of field marketing strategy and the delivery of marketing plans across DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), with accountability for commercial outcomes in the region. Working with the Senior Director, International Marketing, you will set the DACH regional marketing agenda, drive pipeline towards meeting aggressive revenue targets, and serve as the in-region marketing authority for sales leadership and senior stakeholders. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role for an in-region marketing-lead, who is as comfortable advising senior stakeholders whilst rolling up their sleeves for excellent execution.

Drawing on deep knowledge of DACH customers, personas, and market dynamics, you will shape and deliver integrated marketing programmes, generating regional campaigns and localising global ones to ensure maximum regional relevance and impact. You will act as a trusted in-region consultant to sales leadership and senior stakeholders — translating business objectives into marketing plans, providing strategic counsel, and ensuring marketing is a true commercial driver to success.

Based in Germany, you work effectively across functions and geographies, holding yourself and others to a high commercial standard. You are proactive, you use your own initiative and succeed in a fast-paced environment. You communicate with authority and clarity, thrive on ownership and collaboration, and bring credibility and gravitas to influence at every level.

You will work closely with UK and US-based marketing teams, leveraging global capabilities to maximise resources, maintain brand consistency, and ensure DACH Marketing’s impact on commercial goals.
