Job description

Position : Marketing and Design Production Coordinator

Salary : Php 60,000 - 70,000 per month 

Working Hours & Conditions : NZ Hours and Holidays

Employment : Full Time - Independent Contractor

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Production Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, creative projects, and design production across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, design, and project coordination, and who can confidently manage timelines, stakeholders, briefs, and creative deliverables from start to finish.

New Zealand market experience is required for this role, with a strong understanding of the NZ customer landscape, marketing environment, and local business context.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end production of marketing and creative projects.
  • Manage marketing and design briefs, ensuring requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly understood.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, designers, copywriters, agencies, and other external suppliers.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, approvals, and production schedules.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate the production of creative assets including digital, print, social media, email, web, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Review creative work and marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Manage feedback and revisions between stakeholders and creative teams.
  • Ensure final assets are delivered on time and meet agreed specifications.
  • Maintain organised project files, documentation, briefs, and production schedules.
  • Support the wider marketing team with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
  • Identify potential production issues or delays and proactively communicate solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing coordination, creative production, design production, or similar role.
  • NZ market experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the New Zealand marketing and business environment.
  • Experience coordinating creative or marketing projects from brief through to completion.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with designers, marketers, agencies, and other creative stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of branding, marketing materials, and design production processes.
  • Confident reviewing creative assets and providing or coordinating feedback.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with project management, marketing, or design tools is advantageous.

Desirable

  • Experience working within a New Zealand-based organisation or with NZ clients.
  • Experience in an agency, in-house marketing, retail, e-commerce, or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience managing print production and working with external suppliers.
