Job Description:

The Opportunity 
As an GPG Insulation & Components APQP Leader you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Foundation APQP essentials, according to the defined strategy and plan for GPG I&C Quality. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams ensuring that Foundation APQP essentials are updated according to novelties and new risks. 

 

How you´ll make an impact 

  • Coordinate the development of Foundation APQP plan. 

  • Lead foundation APQP Plan related meetings, collecting and preparing documentation, being main connection point between QMT, Factories, Global experts and R&D. 

  • Participate in Foundation FMEA workshops and support HUBs and Factories to use foundation APQP essentials (to be cascaded to local products). 

  • Support R&D organization to use foundation APQP essentials for new product developments. 

  • Support ToT projects to ensure proper transfer of APQP essentials.  

  • Act as GPG I&C Plato Admin, train crossfunctional teams, support the organization on the usage and ensure that foundation content is updated. 

  • Proactive identification of technology novelties to drive updates in foundation APQP essentials and collaborate with GPG Operations to identify global process changes that might affect to foundation APQP essentials (e.g. from best practices to requirement). 

 

Your background 

  • Technical degree from the University. 

  • 3-5 years of experience with APQP (preferably in industries like Automotive or Wind). 

  • Strong knowledge of APQP processes, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA methodologies. 

  • Experience with Plato is an advatage. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. 

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders. 

  • Fluency in English
