Job description

Job Description:

Location: Open to remote candidates

We're seeking a Manager, Data Management to own the data foundation powering measurement and reporting on the Hilton account. This is a high-trust, low-oversight role for a technically strong leader who can operate independently, manage multi-source data across channels, create and manage new data integrations, and maintain a high level of data accuracy through adherence to a multi-team QA process.

Responsibilities:

  • Own data quality, QA processes, and taxonomy governance across all Hilton measurement and reporting workstreams — including defining, recommending, and maintaining QA standards.

  • Continue the transition of recurring reports into a dashboard-first environment (Power BI), ensuring data integrity and visualization quality meet client-facing standards.

  • Manage and integrate multi-source, multi-channel data (paid media, owned, and third-party) into clean, reliable, decision-ready datasets.

  • Partner cross-functionally with measurement, analytics, and account teams to tie data infrastructure to measurement plans and learning agendas.

  • Serve as the trusted data lead in client interactions — assessing feasibility upfront, setting realistic expectations, and delivering credible recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field

  • 4-6+ years in data engineering, data management, or analytics engineering, with a track record in high-volume, complex environments.

  • Demonstrated ownership of data QA and taxonomy governance. Able to design, adhere and execute a QA process.

  • High proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Multi-source, multi-channel data experience across the media/marketing ecosystem.

  • Ability to work autonomously with large datasets with limited management oversight.

  • Strong client-facing skills, including sound judgment on feasibility and the ability to manage expectations with integrity.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work with internal cross-channel and client teams.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills.

  • Experience in supporting MMM data workstreams.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot connectors for continued and error-free ingestion of data into our dashboard.

  • Experience in integrating disparate data sources into a single unified source (dashboard).

  • Strong experience in developing and managing API endpoints, integrating with external and internal systems.
