Job Description

Lead the development and end to end execution of the innovative HEINZ Remix business, with responsibility for scaling the next launch of HEINZ Remix machines in Away From Home settings. This strategic role will lead a team that owns the operating model and Go-To-Market strategy that will drive growth, strengthen customer value, and position HEINZ Remix for long-term scale.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth, leveraging your expertise in go-to-move market execution, team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging your team to think creatively and develop solutions that simplify complex challenges.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to deliver equipment solutions that meet business needs and drive customer satisfaction.

  • Drive business outcomes through data-informed decision-making, using your analytical skills to interpret data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations.

  • Navigate ambiguity and uncertainty, using your problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred, though candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Proven track record of managing teams, leading projects, and driving business growth through innovation and strategic planning.

  • Strong ability to think strategically, simplify complex challenges, and provide long-term guidance.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions and secure positive business outcomes.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects, and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations.

  • Motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and drive business outcomes.

  • Ability to travel is required (approximately 35%)

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
