TTC Global, an independent quality engineering and software testing consultancy, is searching for a driven Business Development Representative to build top of funnel pipeline for our US Account Director team. The successful candidate will own outbound prospecting across the US and Canada, developing new opportunities and reactivating dormant accounts. This is the first BDR seat in our US business and it is open for advancement into an Account Director track.

About TTC Global

Since 2004, TTC Global has supported high profile organizations through their software quality journeys. We operate across Canada, the US, Europe, the Middle East, India, Australia and New Zealand. Our work is test automation and quality engineering for complex enterprise estates, with deep specialization in SAP and Oracle environments.

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits
  • 401K w/ company match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays
  • Work Life Balance
  • Relaxed Work Environment
  • Growth and Development Opportunities

Position Summary

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact between TTC Global and prospective clients across the US and Canada. It is essential to clearly articulate our unique value so that senior technology and quality leaders understand the difference between what we do and what a generic staffing or testing vendor does. The Representative will build credibility with new contacts through research, relevance, and persistence rather than volume alone.

You will partner closely with three Account Directors to agree target accounts, messaging, and priorities, and you will hand overqualified meetings with a clear briefing so the Account Director can run discovery from an informed start. You will also maintain a steady touchpoint cadence with our partner representatives, surfacing opportunity signals for the Account Directors to act on.

This role owns top of funnel only. You will not scope engagements, write proposals, negotiate terms, or carry a revenue number. Your job is to create qualified conversations and hand them off cleanly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a target account list across four sectors: oil and gas, utilities and power, financial services and insurance, and manufacturing and industrials.
  • Run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn following a defined five touch cadence over the first month, with a nurture step for parked contacts.
  • Research every account before first contact, identifying a genuine trigger event.
  • Use ZoomInfo intent data, LinkedIn Sales Navigator alerts, and HubSpot activity to priorities the daily call list by signal rather than working a static list.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and past clients, and track former champions who have moved to new organizations.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with partner representatives and pass opportunity signals to the owning Account Director.
  • Qualify every conversation against a fixed gate covering pain, timing, authority, and fit before handing it over.
  • Brief the owning Account Director ahead of each handed over meeting.
  • Tailor messaging to four buyer personas: QA and test leadership, senior technology decision makers, programme and transformation leadership, and mature automation first QA leaders.
  • Handle common objections confidently and keep the conversation moving toward a next step.
  • Log every call outcome, email, and next step against the contact record in HubSpot on the day it happens.
  • Maintain database hygiene, including deduplication and controlled contact imports.
  • Report weekly on activity, meetings booked and held, and what messaging is landing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of business development or sales development experience in B2B technology, IT services, or professional services.
  • Strong written communication. Most of your first impressions will be made in writing.
  • Genuine curiosity about technical subject matter. You do not need to be technical, but you do need to hold five credible minutes on software testing and enterprise systems.
  • Comfortable being told no by senior technical buyers, and comfortable asking a follow up question anyway.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or the ability to learn them quickly.
  • Organized enough to work a defined cadence against several hundred accounts without losing the thread.
  • Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience at a systems integrator, staffing firm, or enterprise software vendor is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platform environments is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the United States. Must pass a national background check.

Ramp and Expectations

There is no meeting quota in your first month. The first 30 days are for market immersion, shadowing Account Directors on live calls, and building your target account list. You will move to four held meetings in month two, eight in month three, and a full quota of twelve held meetings per month from month four, measured on a rolling three month average.

Compensation

Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year

Variable: $200 per meeting booked and confirmed by the owning Account Director

On target earnings: $79,000 to $89,000 per year at full ramp

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, aligned to US business hours across multiple time zones.

Location

Remote within the United States. Preference for candidates in the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex.

If your experience or qualifications is similar to our ideal of a successful candidate, please consider applying. Experience comes in many ways; skills may be transferred, but passion for your career can't be substituted.
