About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Identity & Endpoint Security Administrator to support a critical security and compliance initiative. This is a hands-on role focused on strengthening identity management, endpoint security, device management, and data governance across a cloud-first enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and enterprise identity and access controls. Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Review and optimize identity and access management across Google Workspace, Entra ID, and AWS.
Assess and improve SSO, MFA, YubiKey authentication, break-glass accounts, account lockout, inactive session policies, Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), and automated account lifecycle controls.
Review Microsoft Defender configurations and security logging integrations with DataDog.
Evaluate and enhance Microsoft Intune configuration, compliance policies, Wi-Fi restrictions, and MDM/BYOD management.
Review retention policies across Gmail, Google Chat, Slack, NetSuite, HubSpot, and Salesforce, including litigation hold processes.
Follow security best practices, maintain technical documentation, and adhere to formal change-management procedures.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management and endpoint administration.
Strong experience with:
Google Workspace
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
AWS IAM
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Defender
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Experience implementing SSO, MFA, privileged access controls, and endpoint security policies.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting GovRAMP, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or similar compliance frameworks.
Relevant Microsoft, AWS, Google Workspace, or security certifications are a plus.
