  • Manage, supervise, and review compilation, review, and audit engagements from planning through issuance.
  • Review and prepare GAAP financial statements and related disclosures.
  • Ensure engagements are completed in accordance with professional standards, firm policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Identify technical accounting, reporting, and attestation issues and develop practical solutions for clients.
  • Maintain engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business owners, executives, and financial leaders.
  • Effectively communicate accounting, financial reporting, and attestation matters to clients and firm leadership.
  • Assess client needs and identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services.
  • Participate in client retention and business development initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff accountants, seniors, and supervisors.
  • Provide technical training and coaching in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting matters.
  • Review work product and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
  • Promote a collaborative, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Monitor continuing professional education (CPE) requirements and assist in staff development planning.
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and new business development efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement efficiency through technology and process enhancements.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that support the continued growth of the firm.
  • Utilize technology and automation tools to improve client service and engagement effectiveness.
Job Requirements
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of public accounting experience, including significant assurance experience.
  • Extensive experience managing compilations, reviews, and audits.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and professional attestation standards.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, and developing staff.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Business development experience and a commitment to client service preferred.
