During this remote interview, you will join a moderated video call to discuss your recent experiences conducting health evaluations in patient homes. The session concludes with a brief discussion about the software and medical tools you rely on most heavily.
We are seeking licensed medical professionals who actively conduct payer-sponsored health evaluations in residential settings. We welcome Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians across various specialties who participate in these home-based programs. Ideal candidates have recent, hands-on experience navigating the unique clinical and administrative demands of in-home patient care.
