At COCUNAT, we're continuing to grow, and creativity is one of the key drivers behind that growth. Within our Growth team, we combine performance marketing, creative strategy, and data analysis to understand what truly resonates with our audience and turn those insights into increasingly effective campaigns. We rely on streamlined processes and internal tools that simplify execution, allowing us to focus on what really matters: analyzing, experimenting, and making better decisions.
We're looking for a Creative Strategist with a 100% performance mindset. Your mission isn't simply to come up with great ideas—it's to understand why a creative performs (or doesn't) on Meta, translate those learnings into clear next steps, and ensure the Creative team is always producing the work with the highest potential impact based on data.
You'll own the creative learning cycle: analysis → diagnosis → iteration → prioritization and allocation of creative work.
Creative performance analysis (Meta as the primary platform): systematically review live creatives, read their metrics (thumbstop rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, frequency, fatigue) and understand what's happening beyond the number.
Component-level diagnosis: break down performance by messaging angle, hook, format, and audience segment. Identify winning and losing patterns.
Defining next steps: decide what gets iterated, scaled, killed, or tested next. Prioritize the creative pipeline with business judgment.
Benchmark & top-performer research: continuously track Meta Ad Library, competitors, and industry references to identify the best-performing ads, understand why they work, and translate them into actionable opportunities for Cocunat.
Brief generation and analysis: create creative briefs with a clear hypothesis behind them (angle, hook, format, audience), leveraging our internal briefing processes, and analyze the outcome of each brief to feed learnings back into the system.
End-to-end coordination with video editors and design: act as the single point of creative work assignment — prioritizing, briefing, tracking production, giving feedback on every round, and signing off each asset before it goes live.
Copy adaptation: adjust and refine the copy from briefs — hooks, on-screen text, and primary text — so it feels native to the platform and true to the brand voice.
Structured testing: design and document creative A/B tests (hooks, angles, formats) with defined hypotheses and success criteria.
Creative reporting: communicate learnings to the Growth team in an actionable way (what worked, why, and what we do about it).
2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, growth creative, or performance marketing focused on paid social.
Strong command of Meta Ads Manager for analysis: you know how to navigate breakdowns, understand creative metrics, and spot fatigue or saturation.
Proven ability to read a creative as a system: hook, angle, narrative structure, format — and connect it to the numbers.
Strong creative judgment: a trained eye for what makes a piece stand out in the feed — able to defend creative decisions beyond the data and raise the bar of what the team produces.
Sharp copy skills: able to adapt and polish copy (hooks, scripts, ad text) from briefs, with sensitivity to brand tone and each platform's native language.
Experience briefing and coordinating design teams or video editors.
Analytical, test-driven mindset: you move on hypotheses, not personal taste.
AI-first profile: you already integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) into your everyday creative and analytical workflow — to research, ideate, write, and analyze faster. We're not looking for someone "open to learning AI": we're looking for someone who already works this way.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Experience with creative analytics tools (Motion, Atria, or similar).
Knowledge of TikTok Ads and native content trends.
Background in beauty, DTC, or high-creative-volume e-commerce.
