About AnswersNow

At AnswersNow, we are trailblazing the future of autism therapy, making it more immediate, accessible, and effective for families everywhere. Our innovative virtual ABA therapy platform is thoughtfully designed by clinicians to recreate the focused, supportive environment of in-person therapy, complete with distraction-free features and interactive activities that enhance engagement and progress.

Our team operates fully remotely—meaning you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, and will never have to report on-site to provide client support. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and join a team that's reshaping autism therapy, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role

Care Operations is one of the company’s highest-leverage areas. Unlocking scalable, automated, and intuitive workflows reduces cost, accelerates therapy access for families, and dramatically improves the experience for BCBAs and operations teams.

You’ll help build the foundational systems that enable:

  • Faster time to assessment and therapy

  • Lower operational overhead

  • Fewer errors in insurance & billing

  • Improved satisfaction for families and clinicians

  • A more scalable, resilient operational backbone as the company grows

If you’re energized by the idea solving complex challenges, working across teams, and building AI-enhanced tools that meaningfully improve the care experiences for our families, this role is for you.

About You

  • Passionate about leveraging technology to improve the lives of families and change the way health care is delivered.

  • Experienced building engaging and delightful consumer facing products that motivate, inspire or inform. You’re empathetic to customer needs and solve for the user in your decision-making.

  • Grounded in data and consumer insights. You have a track record of successfully managing the product discovery process to help guide you and your team and develop innovative solutions based on customer needs.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, being a self-starter, and working independently to figure out what needs to be done.

  • An incredible communicator. You know how to communicate nuances and surface the interconnections. Your communication will enable us to act as a strong team and company.

  • Excited to own outcomes. Seeing the impact of your work and how it drives improved patient outcomes is what motivates you.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in product management or a closely related role.

  • Experience with user-facing products, preferably in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong process and systems thinking—you love untangling messy workflows.

  • Comfort working in complex operations environments with many edge cases.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to dive into operational data and use metrics to drive decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI-powered automation, LLM-based workflows, or AI-enabled product design.

  • Familiarity with iterations and experimentation

  • Experience in healthcare operations, ABA therapy, insurance workflows, or highly regulated service industries.

  • Exposure to workflow automation, intake tools, or internal tools design.

  • Not afraid to fail
