Women's Health Specialist - Australia

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse to join our innovative digital health platform. This role involves providing expert clinical support via AI-assisted chat, in-app messaging, and video consultations to empower women with evidence-based healthcare advice. You will contribute to clinical content development, AI chatbot accuracy, and patient education materials to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Specialist advice on menopause, fertility, and reproductive health.
  
• Conduct in-app communication via chat or video to support users.
  
• Assess user comments and escalate complex cases to appropriate specialists when necessary.
  
• Write and review in-app clinical content for accuracy and compliance with UK and health guidelines.
  
• Contribute to health articles, educational resources, and user-friendly content for the platform.
  
• Ensure compliance with UK health regulations and privacy laws.
  
• Stay up to date with best practices, emerging treatments, and national guidelines in women’s health.
  
• Support and engage users through empathetic, clear, and empowering communication.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) or midwife with a Bachelor of Nursing/Midwifery or equivalent.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in women’s health, reproductive health, or menopause care.
  

Desirable:

• Previous experience writing Health related content.
  
• Experience providing virtual consultations or online support.
  
• Knowledge of diverse cultural practices around fertility and menopause.
