  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and mind maps for the application.
  • Work with the full-stack developer, providing them with all necessary assets, styling, and source files to build the UI.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Create pixel-perfect, responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Deliver design assets, components, and specifications for development handoff.
  • Present designs to internal and client stakeholders, incorporating feedback through iterative updates.
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and component library.
  • Identify usability issues and propose intuitive design solutions.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced experience with Figma, including auto-layouts, components, variants, and interactive prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of user experience and customer/industrial psychology.
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for complex web or mobile applications.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience using Bootstrap CSS and material design frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design processes, interactive prototypes, and delivered products.
  • Have a brand-oriented and user-centric approach to ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity while prioritising optimal user experience.
  • Must be able to provide samples of previous work, especially showcasing real-world interaction through prototypes.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
