Implementation Lead

Job Position : Lead (Implementation)

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai/ Delhi NCR

Function : Implementation Team (Global Delivery)

The Implementation team is part of the Global Delivery and is responsible for the configuration and customization of Goodera’s product offerings to solution for the various use cases of Goodera’s clients. The role of the Implementation Lead is to drive these client conversations, requirements gathering and product rollout for the given set of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1)      Functional Responsibilities -

·         Ensure seamless collaboration between the clients and implementing partners and develop and overview the KPIs set by the team to ensure a comprehensive measure for program performance and impact assessment of the projects.

·         Responsible for project planning and execution as per committed timelines.

·         Oversee adherence to Goodera guidelines and efficient product/ dashboard delivery to the CSR/ Sustainability clients.

·         Oversee quality of tech support provided to clients to kickstart client adoption. Observe and incorporate feedback from multiple client implementations to enhance platform adoption.

·         Aid in developing mechanisms to track and reduce deployment effort requirement, turn-around-time (TAT). Understand, simplify and communicate new product features to team members.

2)      Cross Functional Collaboration -

·         Collaborate with Business Engagement Team to understand and improve client experience and provide feedback on better expectation management.

·         Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance client experience and improve the product and contribute to the product roadmap.

·         Collaborate with platform success team to ensure proper handover of the implemented solution and deliver client success.

3)      Increasing Operational Efficiency -

·         Improve the product implementation process through ongoing learning. Innovate and design better layouts or processes to increase the time and cost efficiency of platform deployment.

·         Work with the team to build the processes and frameworks. Ensure clear capturing of different implementation scenarios and nuances that are relevant for efficient, scalable and re-usable deployment solutions, with proper documentation.

4)      Team Management -

·         Align the team with Goodera and Functional OKRs, ensure capability building in the team through trainings/workshops, develop cross-learning opportunities, track and improve individual performance.

·         Ensure project goals are defined, resource allocation is apt and all aspects of operations and delivery are covered and monitored regularly to meet timelines and objectives.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

•    4-7 years experience in Technical Project management or similar consulting experience.
  
•   Hands-on knowledge on SQL, Data Analysis , MS Excel with good understanding of data structures.
  
•   Ability to create frameworks and guidelines to ensure implementation excellence. Perform research, analysis and evaluation to increase efficiency in TAT and scalability of deployment.
  
•   Possesses stakeholder management, analytical skills, client influencing, relationship building skills.
  
•  Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  
•   Exposure to CSR/Sustainability or equivalent consulting experience is a plus. Should possess nuanced understanding of focus areas, impact and outcomes.
