Educational Content Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Admin to support the day-to-day operations of our SEO-focused content team. This role is key to ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining high content quality, and supporting a team of writers and editors across multiple SEO optimization projects.
The ideal candidate we are looking for should be organized, communicative, and comfortable managing timelines, tools, and task tracking across a dynamic and fast-paced content production environment. This is a remote contractor role that is paid per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables for SEO content production
- Coordinate with freelancers on onboarding, communication, and task support
- Conduct QA to ensure content quality and alignment with SEO standards
- Maintain clear documentation, reports, and tracking systems
- Perform basic CMS content updates and assist with content uploads
- Format and organize content in Excel/Sheets for uploads and reporting
- Support taxonomy organization and run internal AI tools as needed
Requirements:
- Located in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in project coordination or content operations
- 1+ year of experience applying SEO concepts in a content or digital environment
- 6+ months of hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to support workflows
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including use of formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) and linking data across sheets
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with freelancers or contractors
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Available to work at least 30 hours/week, including at least 4 hours overlap within Tuesday–Saturday, 3 AM – 12:00 PM PH time window
