Clariness is looking for an Online Marketing Coordinator - Working Student based remotely within Germany.

About the role: 

As an Online Marketing Coordinator – Working Student, you will support our Online Marketing team in delivering engaging digital marketing initiatives that connect patients with clinical research opportunities. Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital campaigns, SEO and performance analysis while contributing to meaningful healthcare projects. Because you'll be creating and supporting content for our German-speaking audience, native-level German and fluent English are essential for success in this role.

As a Online Marketing Coordinator - Working Student, you would be responsible for:

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
• Assist in creating and optimising digital content, including website content, newsletters, landing pages and social media materials.
• Contribute to SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimisation and website performance monitoring.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports and provide insights to support continuous optimisation.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to help identify opportunities for improving patient recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Online Marketing and other internal teams to support shared business objectives.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Online Marketing team and assist with additional marketing projects as required.

We would like you to have: 

• Native-level German language skills and fluent English (C1/C2).
• Enrolled at a German university, ideally studying Marketing, Communication Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
• A basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Reddit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques.
• An interest in healthcare, clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Previous exposure to digital marketing through internships, university projects or part-time work is advantageous but not essential.
