Who we’re looking for:

The Data & Compliance Analyst is responsible for transforming operational and financial data into actionable business insights while supporting manufacturer contract compliance, member retention, and revenue optimization across Atlantic Health Partners' vaccine purchasing programs.

This position combines business intelligence, data analytics, compliance monitoring, operational reporting, and process improvement to help ensure members are enrolled in the appropriate manufacturer programs, contractual requirements are met, and leadership has the information needed to make informed business decisions.

Working collaboratively across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Digital Solutions, Legal, Sales, and manufacturer partners, this role develops reporting, identifies trends and risks, improves data quality, and recommends opportunities to strengthen operational performance and member value.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting that provide visibility into operational, financial, compliance, and membership performance.
  • Analyze purchasing, enrollment, sales, and utilization data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports that support strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Compliance Management

  • Monitor manufacturer contract compliance and identify accounts requiring corrective
  • Evaluate purchasing patterns to ensure alignment with applicable manufacturer agreements and program requirements.
  • Investigate compliance exceptions and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Revenue Optimization & Member Retention

  • Identify opportunities to improve member participation, retention, and program
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure accurate member enrollment and account
  • Analyze account activity to identify opportunities for contract alignment and revenue
  • Measure the effectiveness of compliance and retention initiatives using established performance

Operational Reporting & Financial Support

  • Process manufacturer sales data and reconcile
  • Support rebate administration, commission reporting, and recurring financial reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational
  • Assist with reporting required for manufacturer business reviews and internal leadership

Salesforce & Data Governance

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of account and purchasing data within Salesforce and related business systems.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that improve operational visibility and decision-
  • Support data validation, cleansing, and governance initiatives to improve reporting

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardization, and
  • Support implementation of reporting enhancements, workflow improvements, and AI-enabled business processes where appropriate.
  • Document standard operating procedures and recommend best practices for data management and reporting.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Digital Solutions, and Sales to support strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary range for which this role has been evaluated.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors which include, but not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits which includes medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, including 401(k), paid company holidays and paid time off.
