Real Estate Photo Editor

This is a remote position.

We are currently seeking a Photo Editor with specialized experience in the real estate industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in editing 30–50 images each day and have hands-on experience with drone photography editing, including enhancing aerial shots and adding landmarks or location highlights. Proficiency in Affinity (Photo/Designer) alongside other editing tools is highly preferred. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their skills in a fast-paced, remote environment while contributing to the growth of leading real estate companies.

Responsibilities 

• Edit 50-60 real estate images daily, ensuring high-quality and consistency.
  
• Enhance and edit drone photography, including adding landmarks, labels, and visual overlays to highlight key property features and surrounding areas.
  
• Utilize Affinity Photo/Designer (or similar tools) along with Adobe software for advanced image editing.
  
• Work closely with real estate agents and architects to understand their photo editing and branding needs.
  
• Edit and interpret blueprints and architectural documents.
  
• Perform advanced edits including color correction, sky replacement, object removal, perspective correction, and compositing.
  
• Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
  
• Ensure all images meet company and client specifications and quality standards.
  
• Assist in other critical tasks that support the team on a day-to-day basis.
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in photo editing, specifically in the real estate space.
  
• Proven experience editing drone photography, including adding landmarks, annotations, or map overlays.
  
• Proficiency in Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer is strongly preferred; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is also required.
  
• Experience working with blueprints and architectural documents.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across high volumes of images.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  
• Willingness and ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
