About the Role

As an Employee Relations Analyst, you will partner with HR Business Partners, people leaders, and employees to provide expert guidance on employee relations matters across the region. You will manage workplace investigations, support performance management, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and recommend practical solutions to complex people challenges. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation, contribute to Employee Relations projects, and help drive continuous improvement across the EMEA Employee Relations function.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and manage employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.

  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results.

  • Develop and implement policies that promote a positive work environment.

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

  • Collaborate with the legal department on handling issues related to employment laws and regulations.

  • Provide training and workshops on employee relations issues to foster better communication and improve employee morale.

  • Assess employee morale and satisfaction through surveys and interviews.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Employee Relations Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an international organization.

  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

  • Proficiency in other European languages, including Polish and Spanish, would be a significant benefit.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home Based - Poland zł77,700 - zł129,600.
