Who You Are 

• You have knowledge of the overall design and project delivery process – ability to coordinate lead discipline engineer/architects. 
• You have knowledge of industry standard practices and loss prevention practices. 
• You have a working knowledge of CAD methods & procedures, Newforma software, and  
• Microsoft Office. 
• You possess advanced teamwork, organization and time management skills. 
• You have the ability to identify and prioritize critical tasks while working independently. 
• A 4-year degree is required. 

What You’ll Do 

• You’ll assist Project Managers with project delivery, submittal of project deliverables, schedules, and work plans. 
• You’ll facilitate the filing of quality assurance documents (QAD). 
• You’ll verify drawing/specification sets are correct, prepare transmittal information, and send out to client. 
• You’ll audit QAD compliance for assigned projects. 
• You’ll perform AutoCAD work as required to make minor changes and for creating of files. 
• You’ll facilitate design change review meetings. 
• You’ll facilitate construction administration activities and communicate directly with the client and Owner regarding status and issues on behalf of the Project Manager. 
• You’ll work closely with discipline lead engineers/architects to communicate project information on behalf of the Project Manager. 
• You’ll communicate status and issues of certain project deliverables directly to the clients and Owners on behalf of the Project Manager.

Starting salary is between $50,000 – $55,000 based on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants based on relevant years of experience.
