Sweve Tech LTD is a leading construction company and Engineering Firm  We specialize in providing high-quality construction and engineering services to residential and commercial clients. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding our clients' expectations. We are currently seeking a Construction Assistant to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As a Construction Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our project managers and construction teams to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects.

Note: This position requires regular travel!!!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and materials

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all construction projects

- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Assist in the resolution of any construction-related issues or conflicts

- Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus

- 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry

- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and terminology

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
