This is a remote position open to residents of the United States only.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner

- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers

- Assist with order processing and tracking

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a part-time position, with 20 hours per week. The working hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview process. The position is located in California, and the candidate must be able to work on-site.
