We are currently searching for a Staffing and Travel Coordinator to join our RHRP Staffing/Travel team to work in the following locations: Newnan Georgia; Belton, Texas; and Chalfont, PA  offices.  The hours for this position 11:30am - 8:00pm. We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
  • Army National Guard (ARNG)
  • U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
  • U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
  • U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
  • Air National Guard (ANG)
  • U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

 

Key reponsibilities include:

  • Coordinate staffing assignments for healthcare providers and support personnel to support regional operations.  
  • Contact staff to confirm availability, acceptance of assignments, and deployment readiness.  
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, and other transportation needs.  
  • Ensure travel is booked in accordance with company travel policies and within budget guidelines.  
  • Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and deployment information to assigned personnel.  
  • Monitor staffing schedules to ensure all events are fully staffed within required timelines.  
  • Maintain accurate staffing, scheduling, and travel records in company systems.  
  • Communicate staffing confirmations, schedule changes, and travel updates to providers and operational leadership.  
  • Partner with Recruiters to identify and communicate staffing shortages and urgent provider needs.   
  • Collaborate with Credentialing to ensure providers meet all licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements prior to deployment.  
  • Work closely with Regional Operations Managers to ensure event readiness.  
  • Assist with last-minute staffing requests and emergency provider replacements.  
  • Resolve routine travel issues, including itinerary changes, delays, cancellations, and provider travel questions.  
  • Monitor provider deployment status and confirm successful arrival at assigned events.  
  • Track staffing vacancies and assist in maintaining adequate provider coverage across assigned regions or programs.  
  • Verify provider documentation and deployment requirements are complete before travel.  
  • Maintain regular communication with providers before, during, and after assignments to ensure a positive experience.  
  • Escalate staffing, credentialing, travel, or operational issues to the Lead Coordinator or Manager as appropriate.  
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate staffing reports, travel logs, and scheduling documentation.  
  • Assist with workforce planning by updating provider availability and staffing databases.  
  • Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring staffing and travel records are accurate and complete.  
  • Follow company policies, government contract requirements, and operational procedures.  
  • Provide exceptional customer service to providers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.  
  • Participate in cross-training and continuous process improvement initiatives.  
  • Support after-hours staffing and travel coordination as operational needs require.  
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support successful program execution. 
Requirements

  Education and Experience  

 

  • High school diploma required; some higher education preferred. 
  • Previous training and experience with travel software highly preferred
