  • Log, track, and perform root cause analysis on defects through full resolution
  • Document test results and provide observations on product quality and process improvements
  • Establish and monitor QA KPIs; support and enhance test processes and reporting
  • Manage testing efforts across multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Mentor and support fellow QA Engineers
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve test coverage, accelerate defect analysis, and support overall test efficiency [see note below]

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of quality assurance experience
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience writing test cases in BDD/Gherkin syntax

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., AI-generated test cases, code-assist tools, log/defect triage)
  • Experience testing both web and mobile (Android and iOS) applications
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
